A dedicated project manager is assigned to each OEM project.
Can you develop custom blade geometries from scratch?
Yes. We have an in-house mold design and tooling team capable of developing entirely new blade geometries. We work from your CAD drawings or physical samples. Mold development typically takes 15-25 business days. Mold fees vary by complexity — contact us for a quote.
What is the MOQ for OEM orders?
Standard OEM orders (existing molds with your branding): 1,000 pieces per SKU. Custom mold orders: 3,000-5,000 pieces per SKU for the first order, negotiable for subsequent orders. We offer flexible MOQs for startups and Amazon sellers — ask us about small batch programs.
What surface treatments and coatings do you offer?
We offer in-house DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) nano coating in 5 colors (black, gold, rose gold, blue, rainbow), PVD plating, electroplating (chrome, nickel), and laser marking. DLC coating increases blade hardness and reduces friction — popular for premium product lines.
Do you handle packaging and retail-ready fulfillment?
