Product Description:

 A two-component, high strength adhesive anchoring system. The system includes injection adhesive in plastic cartridges, mixing nozzles, dispensing tools and hole cleaning equipment. is designed for bonding threaded rod and reinforcing bar hardware into drilled holes in concrete base and solid masonry materials.

 Xinchor FixingChor142 Epoxy Injection mortar is ideal for subsequent reinforcement connections (rebar) as well as highly stressed fastenings in concrete – regardless of whether cracked or non-cracked. In particular, large drilling diameters and / or large anchoring depths can be implemented very well due to the long processing time. The extensive evaluation in accordance with the latest standards makes it possible to solve almost all fastening-related problems.

Processing Method

2  Attention

· Drill as per requested hole dia. and depth

· Clean the hole completely

· Inject from the bottom of the hole and pull out the gun slowly.

· After planting the bar, let the gel harden in still.

 

3. Processing Flow

 

 

Drilling: As per technical data

Cleaning: using pump or compressed air and brush to clean the hole completely.

Assembling and Injection:Mount the static mixer onto the bottle, push out some incomplete mixed gel at the front part,then inject from the bottom of the hole, to fill 1/2 to 2/3 depth of the hole.

Bar planting: spin slowly the bar or screw into the hole, adjust up and down for several times to make the gel average, but don’t touch it during hardening time.

Curing and Maintenance: According to the temperature of the base materials, give enough time to harden and start to load mounting until it hardened completely.
